Do ensure you use Max shipping BOL, otherwise it could result in tracking failure or delay. The carriers send shipment tracking information to Max Shipping system when a Max Shipping BOL is used.
For help finding the BOL number, contact your account manager to get a copy of your BOL if you don’t have one.
