Dr. Cletus Madubugwu Ibeto (CON) is the Chairman and CEO of The Ibeto Group.

He is a renowned and acknowledged industrialist, who has advanced the cause of international goodwill and understanding through his extensive international business undertakings and network. He holds a B.Sc. (Hon.) Degree in Accountancy from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka (UNN) and was also subsequently honoured with a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) (Honoris Causa) by the same University.

He is a member of the Institute of Directors Nigeria and sits on the Board of several other reputable corporate organizations in Nigeria and beyond. He is currently the Chairman of, Governing Council, Nwafor Orizu College of Education, Nsugbe, Anambra State, Southeast of Nigeria.

Mr. Davender has over 25 years of experience in Project Management, Construction management, Quality Management, General Management, Power Generation Projects, Cement Manufacturing, Logistics, Shipping of Cement, and Electricity Transmission and Distribution. Most of this time was in cement manufacturing. He previously served as Chief Operating Officer, Ibeto Cement Company Ltd and earlier worked for us as Senior General Manager from January 2003 to August 2006 when he left following the unjust closure of our plant by governmental fiat. Until he returned to us, he worked for Ambuja Cements Limited, a leader in cement manufacturing and distribution in India. Devender earned a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical) from Panjab University in 1986.

Eze holds a bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) in Economics from the University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University), an Advanced Professional Diploma (Dip. M) from the renowned Institute of the Chartered Institute of Marketing of the United Kingdom, and an MBA from the University of Lagos. He is a member of various professional Associations including the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers and the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria and, a Director of many Companies including Access Bank (Gambia) Limited and, Access Bank (D. R. Congo) Limited.

He also had extensive private sector working experiences in both banking and non-banking sectors and in which sectors he had held senior management positions.

Edmund Ngini, a resourceful, intelligent, hardworking, and thoroughbred professional, is a graduate of the Institute of Management & Technology, IMT Enugu with a Higher National Diploma in Accountancy (1982). Before he joined The Ibeto Group, he had worked at UniPetrol Nigeria Plc (now Oando Plc), International Merchant Bank among other places in various capacities. Mr. Ngini, attended many courses in Management and Finance, is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.

Bart obtained an Ordinary National Diploma (OND), Maritime Transport and Business Studies from the Maritime Academy Of Nigeria, (MAN) Oron.
BSc, Public Administration in progress at the National Open University, Nigeria (NOUN).

He obtained some other professional courses at Global Maritime Academy, Nigeria such as Standards of Training, Certificate and Watchkeeping (STCW), Efficient Deck Hand (EDH), International Ship and Port Facility Security (ISPS), and Quartermaster in training.

Chibuzo, holds a Bachelor degree In Economics from the prestigious Madonna University, Okija. He also holds a diploma degree in Latin from Pontifical Urban University, Rome.

As a season Procurement/Facility Manager, He have a wealth of experience in managing all aspects of procurement and facilities management functions. His strong background in negotiating contracts and procurement agreements has enabled him to secure optimal prices for goods and services purchased while ensuring that all purchases adhere to legal and regulatory compliance.

Additionally, he is adept at managing facility operations, such as maintenance and repair, safety, and facility upgrades, to ensure the optimal functioning of equipment and systems. His exceptional leadership, communication and project management skills enable him to meet and exceed organizational goals and objectives while fostering positive working relationships with stakeholder groups.

Tayo is a disciplined and enthusiastic marine operation consultant, conversant with marine and terminal operations for decades now. He is eager to join Max Shipping team to boost sales numbers and customer loyalty metrics. Previous retail experience includes with Maersk Line Nigeria Limited job as an Operations Manager. He has been commended on multiple occasions by the companies and customers he has worked with for superb customer service, communication skills as well as negotiation techniques.

Igboazam graduated from Ebonyi State University with a degree in Economics. He is also versatile in computer applications and database-oriented research. His role in the operations of the Ibeto Cement Plant demands a team player who is able to work under pressure remaining amiable. These are qualities he has in abundance. A very persuasive young man, he is an asset in difficult negotiations and make-or-break presentations.

Mr. Kingsley Kalio, a Fellow of the Institute of Corporate Administration holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. A political scientist, he had worked with The Code of Conduct Bureau rising to the post of State Coordinator before joining the Ibeto Group in search of a challenging corporate environment.

He oversees the Human Resource and Administration of Max Shipping Services Limited, providing policy guideline on employee service motivation, maintaining good relations with trade unions and other bodies concerned with employment and working conditions.

His duties see him striving to ensure a harmonious work environment that guarantees employee job satisfaction and maximizes productivity.

Cyril Obiora is a dedicated versatile business professional, an aviator and a car enthusiast. He has an extensive wealth of knowledge in customer service, sales and business branding. With a hands-on approach on project inception, he specializes in business operations, project management and is a restaurateur.

After a brief sting at the San Jose State University in California, USA, he has successfully created and excelled in managing multiple international export and import firms.

Cyril has over 20yrs in the U.S. auto manufacturing, branding and product sales experience. After spending years as a district product representative with Chrysler and Hyundai, he is committed to bringing out the best in people, and managing their talents and resources to promote project and business excellence.

His attitude to deliver, in a timely manner, in a fast paced environment – will be a valuable asset to Ibeto Group’s growth.

Emmanuel Uduak Osuyak holds a bachelor’s degree (B.Sc) in Physics from the University of Calabar. He is currently the Head, Health, Safety and Environment of Max Shipping Services Limited a Member of the Ibeto Group.

Emmanuel U. Osuyak has over 15 years of experience in HSE. He Possesses a wealth of experience both managerial and practical capabilities and has demonstrated these unique skills and competences in several sector which includes; Oil and gas, manufacturing, Marine etc.

Before joining the Ibeto Group, he worked with Fenog Nigeria Limited, Warri and most recently Premium Steel and Mines Limited, Delta State.

He is a Member of the Institute of Safety Professionals of Nigeria (MISPN), Member, Occupational Safety and Health Association (MOSHA). He is also a Certified Lead Auditor ISO 9001: 2015. He was recently awarded with the Quality Assurance Assessor (QAA) certificate by the NBTE and UNESCO after undergoing an intensive 3-month programs.
