The company has been in operations for well over ten (10) years initially as a Clearing and Forwarding Company, and subsequently, as a Marine Services Company (Tanker Barge and Tugboats rentals), Shipping Agency and just recently, as a multipurpose Customs Bonded Terminal.

The Terminal is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment designed to effectively handle containers, bulk, and other general cargoes for a wide range of clientele and shipping companies. Company is located very close to the very known locations pf Oil and Gas Companies in Port Harcourt and, major importers and exporters in Aba, Onitsha, Warri, Nnewi, and Enugu cities within the South-East and South-South regions of Nigeria.

As an active member organization of The Ibeto Group, the company seeks to leverage on the Ibeto Group ownership of a functional private Jetty to make a huge success of marine and Port Terminal Operations business. The desire of the Ibeto Group to set up this business was driven largely by the challenges of Port congestion especially in Lagos whereby it takes upwards of several months to clear both general and containerized cargoes – a situation which has seriously constrained the operational efficiency, effectiveness, and profitability of businesses across the length and breadth of Nigeria.
